PALOXI® injectant DESCRIPTION ® Paloxi (palonosetron hydrochloride) is an antiemetic and anti maladynt agent. It is a serotonin subtype 3 (5-HT3) receptor antagonist with a weapons-grade spine affinity for this receptor.
